Your calendar view
The Calendar page shows your connected calendar as a schedule. Use the Week dropdown to switch between Day, Work week, Week, and Month views, and the arrows to move between dates.
1. Open a meeting's details
Double-click any event to open its details. You'll see the date, time, and attendee count, along with:
Join meeting - opens the meeting link directly.
Prepare meeting - see step 3 below.
The meeting link and dial-in number, each with a one-click copy option.
The full attendee list, with each person's response status.
2. Control whether Noota joins a meeting
Every event has its own Noota assistant will join this meeting toggle.
This is the setting that decides whether Noota's notetaker automatically joins that specific meeting - turn it off for any meeting you'd rather keep unrecorded. (This is the same signal shown on the Home page's Upcoming tab, just editable here at the source.)
3. Prepare for a meeting in advance
Click Prepare meeting to open Ask Noota and generate a meeting brief.
Noota searches your past recordings, reports, and related tasks, then produces a document with a summary, an agenda, any open tasks tied to the meeting, and a list of suggested questions to raise.
Related: see Home for where the "Noota assistant will join" indicator also appears, and Ask Noota for more on how the agent works.
