1. Start a recording
At the top of the page, use the quick actions to start capturing a meeting:
Paste meeting link - drop in a Zoom, Google Meet, Teams link to send Noota's notetaker into an online meeting.
Record - click this button to open a dropdown with more ways to record:
Record live meeting - capture audio directly from your device for an in-person meeting.
Record a call - capture a phone call.
Paste meeting link - same as above, available here too.
Invite [email protected] - add this address as a guest to any calendar invite and Noota joins automatically.
Upload audio or video - transcribe a file you already have.
2. Find your meetings
Below the quick actions, three tabs organise your meetings:
Recent - meetings you've already recorded, shown as cards.
Upcoming - meetings on your calendar that Noota is set to join.
Tasks - action items Noota has picked up from your meetings.
In the Recent tab, use the filter icon to narrow the list, and the view-toggle icons to switch between list and grid layouts. Click See all to view your full recording history.
3. The Notetaker indicator
In the Upcoming tab, each meeting shows whether Noota's notetaker is set to join automatically. See the Calendar article for how to turn this on or off for a specific meeting.
4. Track action items
The Tasks tab lists action items Noota extracted from your meetings, so you can follow up without digging back through transcripts. See the Tasks article for how to manage, assign, and prioritize them.
