Analytics

Track how your team uses Noota: meetings, calls, time saved, activity logs and integrations.

Analytics shows how your organization uses Noota: recorded meeting time, generated reports, calls, sharing activity and integration adoption.

This article is for admins and managers who want to measure adoption, audit activity or estimate the time Noota saves.

Open Analytics

  1. In the left sidebar, open More Tools.

  2. Select Analytics.

Analytics opens on the Overview tab.

The tab bar reads: Overview, Activity, Logs, Integrations, Recruiting, Templates Usage.

Overview

Overview gives you headline numbers for the selected period. Each card compares its value with the previous period.

  1. Select the date range button (Last 30 days by default).

  2. Select a start date in the calendar.

  3. Select an end date.

What each metric means

Metric

What it measures

How it's calculated

Meetings Recorded

How much meeting time Noota recorded. It's a duration (for example 12h 39m), not a count of meetings.

Sum of the durations of all recorded meetings in the period, for every member in your view.

Reports Generated

How many meeting reports (AI summaries) Noota produced.

Count of reports generated in the period.

Saved Time

An estimate of the time your team didn't spend writing reports by hand.

Reports Generated × Manual report time (set in the Calculator, 20 min by default). With 23 reports at 20 min, Saved Time is 7h 40m.

Integrations Triggered

How many times Noota pushed data to a connected tool (for example a CRM update or a Drive export).

Count of integration runs in the period.

Total Calls

All phone calls recorded through Noota.

Incoming calls + outgoing calls.

Outgoing Calls

Calls your members placed.

Count of outgoing calls.

Average Call Duration

The typical length of a call.

Total duration of all calls (incoming and outgoing) ÷ Total Calls.

The percentage on each card compares the current period with the period of the same length just before it. A green arrow means an increase. If the previous period was 0, the card shows 100%.

Calculator

The Calculator below the metrics turns Saved Time into money.

  1. Enter your team's Hourly rate ($).

  2. Enter the Manual report time (min), meaning how long a person takes to write a report by hand.

  3. Optional: turn on Integration activated to include time saved by integrations.

  4. Optional: turn on Phone call activated to include time saved on phone calls.

Metrics shows the result as Total saved money. Manual report time also changes the Saved Time card. The two toggles change Total saved money only.

Activity

Activity shows how usage changes day by day and member by member.

  1. Select Activity.

  2. Use the view selector to choose Meetings or Calls.

  3. Set the date range.

Daily activity chart

The metric selector on the chart changes what it plots.

  • Meetings view: Average daily active member (members who recorded a meeting or a call that day), Average daily meeting, Average daily integration triggered.

  • Calls view: Average daily call, Average daily call duration (minutes).

Members activity table

Each row is one member, with the workspaces they belong to. Filter the table with Any email. Select a column header to sort by that column.

  • Meetings view columns: In-Meeting Time, Reports Generated, Saved Time, Integrations Triggered.

  • Calls view columns: Total Calls, Outgoing Calls, Average Call Duration.

These columns use the same definitions as the Overview metrics above, calculated per member.

Export your data

  • Select the download icon next to the date range to export the current view.

  • Select Export Weekly Usage to export usage grouped by week.

Logs

Logs is your audit trail. It records what Noota sent, who shared or read which meeting, and who refused to be recorded. Every log has its own filters and an Export button.

  1. Select Logs.

  2. Select one of the five logs: Sent reports, Sent reminders, Shares, Consultations, User consent.

Sent reports

Lists the reports Noota emailed (Sent reports per email). Columns: Date, Meeting, Recipient, Sender, Type, Status. Filters: Search recipient, Search meeting, Send type, Sender.

Sent reminders

Lists the reminders Noota sent. Columns: Date, Meeting, Recipient, Sender, Status. Filters: Search recipient, Search meeting, Sender.

Shares

Lists every shared meeting and how it was shared. Columns: Meeting, Shared via (for example TEAM, PRIVATE (2) or a teamspace name), Date, Owner.

This log shows All time by default. Filters: Search person, Search meeting, Share type, Owner.

  • Select Unshare on a row to revoke that share.

  • Select Unshare public files to revoke all public links at once.

Consultations

Answers "Who read which meeting". Columns: Meeting, Read by, Read on (date and time), Owner. Filters: Search reader email, Search meeting.

User consent

Lists the people who refused to be recorded. Switch between Refused and Not refused. Columns: Person, Refusals, Last refusal, Last meeting. Filter: Search person.

Integrations

Integrations shows which tools your organization uses and how many members connected each one.

  1. Select Integrations.

  2. Check the CONNECTED list for tools in use.

  3. Check the NOT CONNECTED list for tools nobody has connected yet.

  4. Select the open icon next to a connected tool to see which members connected it.

Each connected tool shows connected members / total members (%) and a progress bar. A low percentage means some members still need to connect the tool.

Templates Usage

Templates Usage shows which summary templates your team uses.

  • Total Template Uses, Templates Used, Active Users: headline counts for the period.

  • Most Used Templates: uses per template. Filter by user and by Top N.

  • Adoption Rate: share of teamspace users who used each template.

  • Top Users Per Template: who uses a given template the most.

  • Templates activity table: Uses, Unique Users, Adoption, Last Used, Scope.

FAQ

Why is Meetings Recorded shown in hours instead of a number of meetings?
It measures recorded time. To see how many reports Noota produced, check Reports Generated.

Saved Time looks too high or too low. How do I fix it?
Change Manual report time (min) in the Calculator. Saved Time is Reports Generated × that value.

Why does a card show 100% when usage barely changed?
The previous period had no activity for that metric. Any value above 0 then counts as +100%.

Why don't I see a member in Activity?
Check the Any email filter first. Then widen the date range, because the table reflects the selected period only.
