Create your own agent
The Public tab lists the agents built by Noota.

To create one, click Create agent, then choose Create with Noota or Set up manually.
5. Automate with Scheduled Actions
A scheduled action lets Noota run an agent in the background, once or on a recurring schedule, and deliver the results automatically. For example: a weekly recap of your sales meetings every Monday morning.
Click Scheduled Actions in the Ask Noota sidebar.
Click Create action.
In Goal, describe what you want the agent to do.
In Schedule, choose Run it immediately or Recurring (cron).
If you chose Recurring, enter a Cron expression.
Check the preview of the next runs, shown in your time zone.
Click Save & Run.
Cron expressions are in UTC. Common examples:
0 9 * * 1: every Monday at 9:00 UTC
0 8 * * 1-5: every weekday at 8:00 UTC
0 17 * * 5: every Friday at 17:00 UTC
0 7 1 * *: the first day of each month at 7:00 UTC
6. Manage your chats
Hover over a chat in the sidebar.
Click the three-dot menu.
Choose Pin, Rename, or Delete.
To find an old chat, click the search icon at the top of the sidebar.
FAQ
What is the difference between a chat, an agent, and a scheduled action?
A chat is a one-time question you type yourself.
An agent is a ready-made set of instructions you run in a chat.
A scheduled action runs instructions automatically, without you opening Ask Noota.
Ask Noota shows "An error occurred. If this issue persists, please contact us through our support."
Start a new chat.
Send your question again.
If the error persists, contact our support through the chat bubble.
Why does my scheduled action run at the wrong time?
Cron expressions use UTC. Check the "Next runs" preview under the cron field: it shows the times in your time zone.
